Workshop 1 - eCommerce, Marketplaces and Farmhouse (9am - 11am)

In this session, together we will explore opportunities in Australian and international eCommerce, key digital trends and consumer purchase behaviour.

Discuss options to start selling online now, how to take advantage marketplaces and the benefits of a multi-channel strategy. Presented by Monique Barwell, an ecommerce specialist with close to two decades experience in ecommerce sites, marketplaces, digital marketing and social media. She guided the strategic direction and development of Australia's first and largest online farmers market, farmhousedirect.com.au. Farmhouse is a wholly owned Australia Post initiative.

Monique is also a passionate advocate of Australian food and farmers, she holds qualifications in Sustainable Agriculture, Permaculture and helps manage her family's farm in Gippsland. Farmhouse combines her passion for all things digital, local produce and supporting Australian farmers.
